Check your order status
You can check your order status and find an updated expected shipping date in your My VanMoof account. We may ship your bike and accessories separately, so the estimated shipping time for each part of your order may vary.
In order for us to help you faster, please make sure to always have either your order number or frame number on hand. You can also send pictures and videos via email to help us resolve your issue better.
