We offer a 14-day, no-hassle returns policy, because we believe the only way for you to really know if our bikes are right for you, is to ride them. No matter which bike you buy, you'll have 14 days to really get to know your new bike.
Commute across town in rush-hour, take it for a long spin, ride it in the rain, and if you're not in love after 14 days you can return it for free. Please make sure to take good care of your bike during your test ride, as we will be unable to issue full refunds for damaged bikes.

Yes! You can return all items within 14 days if you still have the original packaging. If you want to return a bike and don’t have the box, we’ll ship you a new box and packing materials for $99.
Don’t worry – the return address is automatically added to the prepaid return label provided by our shipping partner.
We’ll process your return within 14 days of receipt back to our warehouse, and you’ll receive your refund through your original method of payment. If you bought the item(s) in a VanMoof brand store, we’ll ask for your bank details to transfer your refund.
VanMoof+ bikes need to be returned in person to one of our brand stores.
