Regarding bike delivery
If you see “Delivered within 2 weeks” at time of purchase, bikes are shipped within 3 business days of the purchase date, unless complications arise. Bikes are delivered by Yamato Home Convenience. The delivery date and time cannot be scheduled.
We are unable to deliver to Okinawa and other remote islands.
Current delivery expectations (from the day of shipment)
- Hokkaido, Kyushu +6 days
- Chugoku, Shikoku +5days
- Tohoku, Hokuriku, Chuubu +4days
- Kanto, Shinetsu, Kansai +3days
The above delivery date may change due to the weather, traffic, and high-demand season of the shipping company.
Delivery process
Yamato Home Convenience will call your phone number on either the day before or day of delivery. If you are unable to receive the shipment on that day, you would reschedule the delivery with Yamato Home Convenience. Please accept delivery of your bike within 6 days of their first contact regarding arrival.
How do returns work?
We offer a 14-day, no-hassle returns policy, because we believe the only way for you to really know if our bikes are right for you, is to ride them. Commute across town in rush-hour, take it for a long spin, ride it in the rain, and if you're not in love after 14 days you can return it for free. Read more about shipping & returns here.
Do I get a warranty?
Yes! VanMoof BV guarantees each new VanMoof bicycle frame against defects in workmanship and materials for 3 years. Your warranty doesn’t cover normal bike wear and tear. Want to know more? Read more about warranty here.
