Shipping and Returns

When you order a VanMoof, we ship it straight to your door, so you can get riding right away.

We offer a 14-day, no-hassle returns policy, because we believe the only way for you to really know if our bikes are right for you, is to ride them. No matter which bike you buy, you'll have 14 days to really get to know your new bike. Commute across town in rush-hour, take it for a long spin, ride it in the rain, and if you're not in love after 14 days you can return it for free. Please make sure to take good care of your bike during your test ride, as we will be unable to issue full refunds for damaged bikes.

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping bikes and accessories depends on your location. You can see the total shipping cost for your order at the checkout.

Can I pick up my order in a VanMoof brand store?

Due to COVID-19 precautions, it is currently not possible to pick up orders in VanMoof brand stores. We’ll keep you updated as the situation develops.

When will my order arrive?

You can check the estimated shipping time for bikes in the order configurator. When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number – you can use this to follow your order’s journey to your door or to one of our brand stores. We work with international shipping partners to get your order to you as soon as possible, but delivery times vary depending on where you order from.

Will my bike arrive ready to ride?

Your bike ships pre-assembled, and will be ready to ride after a few simple steps. We created a quick video that shows everything you need to do.

What if I want to send it back?

No problem. VanMoof bikes and accessories are covered by our 14-day, no-questions-asked return policy, so you have two weeks to try them out for yourself. If you’re not completely in love, let us know by completing our Online Return Form. You’ll receive a prepaid returns label and you can schedule a pick-up at a time which suits you.

Are returns free?

Yes! You can return all items within 14 days if you still have the original packaging. If you want to return a bike and don’t have the box, we’ll ship you a new one for €25.

How long does it take?

We’ll process your return within 14 days, and you’ll receive your refund through your original method of payment. If you bought the item(s) in a VanMoof brand store, we’ll ask for your bank details to transfer your refund.

Where do I send my return?

Don’t worry – the return address is automatically added to the prepaid return label provided by our shipping partner.

What if I want to return my VanMoof+ subscription bike?

VanMoof+ bikes need to be returned in person to one of our brand stores.
