When you order a VanMoof, we ship it straight to your door, for free, so you can get riding right away.
We offer a 30-day, no-hassle returns policy, because we believe the only way for you to really know if our bikes are right for you, is to ride them. No matter which bike you buy, you'll have a month to really get to know your new bike. Commute across town in rush-hour, take it for a long spin, ride it in the rain, and if you're not in love after 30 days you can return it for free.

How much does shipping cost?
Buying a VanMoof online should be just as hassle-free as picking one up in a brand store. We ship all VanMoof bikes straight to you, for no charge whatsoever. We do charge a shipping fee for accessory orders with a total value under €100* (this amount will vary depending on your region), but if you order accessories along with a bike, you’ll get them shipped for free as well.
Can I pick up my order in a VanMoof brand store?
You certainly can! Just select “Pick up in VanMoof brand store” at checkout and choose the most convenient store location for you. You’ll receive an email as soon as your bike is ready to pick up – just remember to bring your ID, so we know it’s you.
When will my order arrive?
You can check the estimated shipping time for bikes in the order configurator. All accessories ship within 48 hours. When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number – you can use this to follow your order’s journey to your door or to one of our brand stores. We work with international shipping partners to get your order to you as soon as possible, but delivery times vary depending on where you order from.
Will my bike arrive ready to ride?
Pretty much, yes! All you'll need to do is unpack the bike, mount the pedals, and adjust the handlebar and saddle to fit. Don't worry, you won't have to be a bike mechanic to do it – we include all the instructions and tools you need to get rolling. Our team is always available to help via phone, email, web chat, and social media.

What if I want to send it back?
No problem. Please bring your item(s) to a VanMoof brand store, or contact our support team using the information above.
Are returns free?
Yes! You can return all items within 30 days if you still have the original packaging. If you want to return a bike and don’t have the box, we’ll ship you a new one for €25.
How long does it take?
We’ll process your return within 14 days, and you’ll receive your refund through your original method of payment. If you bought the item(s) in a VanMoof brand store, we’ll ask for your bank details to transfer your refund.
Where do I send my return?
Don’t worry – the return address is automatically added to the prepaid return label provided by our shipping partner.
What if I want to return my VanMoof+ subscription bike?
VanMoof+ bikes need to be returned in person to one of our brand stores.
