We offer a 30-day, no-hassle returns policy, because we believe the only way for you to really know if our bikes are right for you, is to ride them. No matter which bike you buy, you'll have a month to really get to know your new bike. Commute across town in rush-hour, take it for a long spin, ride it in the rain, and if you're not in love after 30 days you can return it for free.

Please bring your item(s) to a VanMoof brand store, or contact our support team using the information above.
Are returns free?
Yes! You can return all items within 30 days if you still have the original packaging. If you want to return a bike and don’t have the box, we’ll ship you a new one for €25.
How long does it take?
We’ll process your return within 14 days, and you’ll receive your refund through your original method of payment. If you bought the item(s) in a VanMoof brand store, we’ll ask for your bank details to transfer your refund.
Where do I send my return?
Don’t worry – the return address is automatically added to the prepaid return label provided by our shipping partner.
What if I want to return my VanMoof+ subscription bike?
VanMoof+ bikes need to be returned in person to one of our brand stores. All additional accessories you may have ordered can also be returned at our stores or by contacting our support team.
