If you’re in need of a repair that can’t be done by the Certified Workshop or need help with a different issue, please schedule a regular Bike Doctor appointment at the nearest Brand Store or via your My VanMoof account.
You can book your appointment by getting in touch with our customer support team, or via your MyVanMoof account. You’ll be directed to our booking tool via the ‘My bike’ page, click on ‘Find a solution’ button and follow the steps.
We’ll make sure the information is shared with the Certified Workshop to schedule the appointment.
