When will my bike be delivered?
After you get your order confirmation from VanMoof, we ship out in 2 weeks depending on stock and availability. Your order will be confirmed by the VanMoof team and you’ll receive a Track & Trace link as soon as your bikes leave our warehouse.
Where can I have my bike(s) delivered?
The bikes will be delivered to the address you enter when filling out your lease details. It is not possible to have your bike delivered to a VanMoof brand store.
What if the bike breaks or needs maintenance?
We make our bikes as city-proof as possible, but if your bike needs some extra love, we’re here to help.
If you have technical issues and you live outside New York, the VanMoof support team will help you with the troubleshooting via phone or email. Just get in touch with us here.
What is Peace of Mind - Theft?
Peace of Mind is our theft protection service. Should your bike get stolen, please report it stolen in the VanMoof app and our Bike Hunters will get straight to work, if your VanMoof isn’t found within 14 days, we’ll replace it at no additional costs.
