We like to be as light on businesses as possible. That means we’ll help you get set up and promote it internally, organize test ride events so your teams can take the VanMoof for a spin, and even manage the entire process from sign up to invoicing. Your success manager and our dedicated support team are there every step of the way.
Every VanMoof S3 & X3 comes with Peace of Mind Maintenance & Theft, meaning we’ll handle tune-ups and repairs, and even recover bikes in case they get stolen.
Setting up an e-bike subscription program is completely free of charge for your organization. Once you’re set up, we’ll deliver the bikes and send monthly invoices directly to your employees who chose to ride. This leaves you with the freedom to choose how and if you want to reimburse your teams.
We make our bikes as city-proof as possible, but if your bike needs some extra love, we’re here to help.
If you live in or close to Amsterdam, just make an appointment and our Bike Doctors will repair your bike for free.
If you have technical issues and you live outside Amsterdam, the VanMoof support team will help you with the troubleshooting via phone or email. Just get in touch with us here.
This depends on the amount of bikes you have requested, as well as our stock and availability. After you get your order confirmation from VanMoof, it may take up to 6 weeks to ship your bikes. All details will be confirmed by the VanMoof team before your order is finalized. You’ll receive a Track & Trace link as soon as your bikes leave our warehouse.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer the new bike model in the framework of a leasing agreement at this moment. However, we do expect to have the S5 & A5 considered for the program in 2023. Rest assured that you will be informed as soon as there are any new developments to share.
