We offer a 14-day, no-hassle returns policy, because we believe the only way for you to really know if our bikes are right for you, is to ride them. No matter which bike you buy, you'll have 14 days to really get to know your new bike.

Love at first ride

Commute across town in rush-hour, take it for a long spin, ride it in the rain, and if you're not in love after 14 days you can return it for free. Please make sure to take good care of your bike during your test ride, as we will be unable to issue full refunds for damaged bikes.

How do I return my order?

If you’re not completely in love, let us know by completing our Online Return Form. You’ll receive a prepaid returns label and you can schedule a pick-up at a time which suits you. Additionally, you can find our rescission right instruction and a template rescission form here.

Are returns free?

Yes! You can return all items within 14 days if you still have the original packaging. If you want to return a bike and don’t have the box, we’ll ship you a new box for €25.

Where do I send my return?

Don’t worry – the return address is automatically added to the prepaid return label provided by our shipping partner.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

We’ll process your return within 14 days of receipt back to our warehouse, and you’ll receive your refund through your original method of payment. If you bought the item(s) in a VanMoof brand store, we’ll ask for your bank details to transfer your refund.

What if I want to return my VanMoof+ subscription bike?

VanMoof+ bikes need to be returned in person to one of our brand stores.
