Senior Technical Recruiter
As our Senior Recruiter, you’ll be the senior partner to our HRBP to achieve scale on the people vertical in our APAC hub. You’ll work closely with the Head of Recruitment to build a stellar engineering & supply chain team, allowing VanMoof to achieve dominance in the e-bike space.
The VanMoof APAC recruitment team is expanding, and we need someone who has seen excellence before to help us build out our mission: billion buts on bikes. We engineer and produce our bikes in the Taiwan hub, so this role is extremely important for our ambitious goals in 2022.

What you’ll do:
You’ll partner with our dedicated Hiring Managers and VanMoof teams and make sure they can hire with confidence.
You push the boundaries of what is possible with our ATS (Ashby). You drive your decisions on data.
You’ll hold hiring managers and senior leadership accountable on their “time to hire”, “time to fill” & “passthrough rates”. You also critically look at our “quality of hire data”. (yes, we have that built out for you)
You’ll present progress in our weekly recruitment meetings, discussing blockers and how we might solve them as a team.
You will hire 1-2 recruiters in your team and possibly grow to our Talent Lead APAC in due course.
You’ll explore new channels to find the best talent for VanMoof.
You’ll understand and embrace our unique values, and educate all Hiring Managers on how talent acquisition works.
You’ll network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for short and long-term opportunities.
You’ll develop and implement initiatives that will make a real impact on our employer brand in the market.
What you’ll bring:
You have at least 3 to 4 years of (Technical) Recruitment experience.
You bring a scalable process and can teach us a thing or two on how to improve.
You use recruitment & productivity tools to your advantage.
You’ve seen some scale before, and understand what it means to work for a company where you’ll need
Before you put a role live, you already sourced 2-3 candidates yourself to gain momentum.
You have strong people skills to build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
You’re able to juggle multiple job requisitions at the same time.
You’re not totally reliant on LinkedIn: you bring novel ideas to solve recruitment cases.
You have working experience with gSuite. You know how to manage your gmail effectively.
Extremely nice to have:
You’re passionate about connected products – such as smart-homes, e-health, e-vehicles, etc.
Your browser (chrome!) consists of extensions that help you recruit efficiently.
You have excellent spoken and written Mandarin and English language skills.
You have used Ashby, Airtable, Loom, Hiresweet, Fetcher, Seekout &
