Head of Performance Marketing

We’re an innovative e-bike company with an ever growing community of riders in cities all over the world. Our teams and rider base are expanding globally and we’re on the lookout for a new Head of Performance Marketing to drive our commercial and brand growth across the world. 

So what will be your roles and responsibilities? You’ll be responsible for building, managing and optimizing the paid digital media strategy that delivers sales against CPA targets. You’ll allocate and switch seamlessly between media channels, creative campaigns and focus markets to maximise efficiency and reduce overall marketing spend while exceeding sales targets. 

You’ll work alongside the Head of Growth Marketing and be jointly responsible for devising an integrated approach to VanMoof’s commercial and brand growth that utilises paid, owned and earned channels to meet our objectives. Sounds good to you? Apply now. 

What you’ll do

  • You’ll lead and develop VanMoof’s paid media team and stimulate an analytical, data-driven culture. 

  • You’ll define, execute and optimize the performance marketing strategy to meet commercial growth and efficiency goals. 

  • You’ll construct an approach to both on and offline media that will enable VanMoof to continue to exceed brand growth, interest and awareness goals. 

  • You’ll collaborate closely with the wider Marketing functional leads to define and execute the annual Marketing concept map

  • You’ll lead channel strategy across all marketing activity and allocate media budgets, define channel plans, assess and manage the contribution of each individual campaign to our wider goals.

  • You’ll make sure to align the performance marketing strategy with company KPI’s & results. 

You will have: 

  • You’ll have 7+ years in (primarily digital) media roles, with at least 3+ years leading a performance marketing and/or growth marketing team, preferably within a global digital direct-to-consumer brand. 

  • You’ll have experience managing and allocating significant budgets against tightly managed metrics to deliver growth at efficiency. 

  • You’ll have experience operating and creating in a highly analytical and data driven culture with a focus on accountable and sustainable spending. 

  • You’ll have a track record of building strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.

  • You’ll have excellent organisational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced and international environment. 

  • You will be highly goal-orientated and have an excellent command of business English.
