Customer Support Specialist – Dutch

What you’ll do:
You’ll be our first port of call for our riders in Dutch and English.
You’re available 32-40 hours a week
No matter how big or small the request is, you’ll take care of rider requests in a timely and accurate manner.
You’ll become a walking VanMoof Encyclopedia, able to provide tip-top assistance and information on all of our products and services.
You’ll help turn our customers’ frowns upside down through a magical formula of empathy, honesty, and generosity.
You’ll be our riders’ biggest advocate internally and constantly push us to be better.
What you’ll bring:
One to three years of experience in a customer-facing role. Bonus points if you have retail, hospitality, or cycle industry experience.
Native-level Dutch communication skills, both written and spoken.
Great command of both the Dutch and English languages. Any other language is a major bonus!
The flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
You’re excited about working in a fast-growing and rapidly changing environment.
A can-do, give-me-a-problem-and-I’ll-solve-it attitude.
You live in or are able to travel to Amsterdam on a daily basis.
