Account Manager Certified Workshops
We’re an innovative e-bike company with an ever growing community of riders in cities all over the world. Our teams and rider base are expanding globally and with a big push to make Service the third pillar of VanMoof around the corner – we’re on the lookout for an Account Manager to join our Certified Workshop team.
So what will be your roles and responsibilities? You will scout, sign and onboard new certified workshops in the region assigned to you. Once these certified workshops are fully onboarded, you will build and maintain healthy relationships with the shops and be the main point of contact or any questions that they may have. You will work closely with five other Account Managers as well as two Continuous Improvement Specialists to make sure that our certified workshops have everything they need to provide outstanding service to our riders.
What you will be doing:
You’ll search, sign and onboard new certified workshops in the region assigned to you. This also includes travelling to shops.
You will build and maintain relationships with your assigned certified workshops to maintain healthy relationships.
You will be the main point of contact for any questions the certified workshops might have.
You will work with a range of teams across the business in order to provide workshops with all the necessary information about our range of products.
You will take ownership of all administrative tasks, including monthly invoicing, spare parts replenishment orders and ship in repairs.
You will be the go-between for certified workshops, VanMoof and riders if there are any difficulties with support requests.
You will continuously research ways that we can improve our processes, tools, and information – for both riders and certified workshops.
What you’ll bring:
You will have at least two years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
You have extensive experience when it comes to building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of people.
You have an entrepreneurial approach when making decisions on the effectiveness of how partnerships work.
You’re flexible and able to work under time pressures on multiple projects at the same time.
You have a can-do, give-me-a-problem-and-I’ll-solve-it attitude.
You’re willing to go the extra mile when it benefits our partnerships and their shops.
You’re intuitive and able to understand what our riders and partnerships need.
You have excellent command of both German and English. Bonus points for additional languages.
