Account Manager (Dutch Speaking)

VanMoof is looking for a self-motivated Account Manager to solve the next big challenge: helping our riders fix, maintain, and repair their bikes all over the world through Certified Workshops. These are independent bike shops that we've partnered with to provide maintenance and repairs of VanMoof bikes. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the Certified Workshops to service our next generation e-bikes.

As our Account Manager you'll be responsible for implementing and executing the necessary strategies and processes to build strong relationships with our Certified Workshops. Your aim is to ensure our riders across many of our key cities have a high-quality bike shop where they will get service, maintenance or repairs for their bikes. 

As the relationships develop, you will be monitoring performance, problem solving, and setting up the foundations for the Certified Workshops that have partnered with VanMoof.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Certified Workshops.
  • Make sure our Certified Workshops receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
  • Communicate clearly between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track Certified Workshop account metrics.
  • Manage projects within client relationships, and implement Certified Workshop goals while meeting company goals.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing Certified Workshops by building long-term customer relationships that go beyond a simple repair and service experience.
  • Become an expert on all things VanMoof, answering any questions that come your way.

What you'll bring

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with relationship management tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Strong customer mindset
  • Great empathy and understanding of your key stakeholders
  • You’re a self-starter with the confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously
  • Ability to work with changing priorities and plans while keeping an eye on the bigger picture goals

Extremely nice to have

  • Industry experience and affinity with e-bikes
